Joseph Pritchard brings over 20 years of experience in mental health and elder care, a degree in psychology, and the perspective of someone who has operated two veterans' homes and understands the full complexity of what aging adults and their families navigate.
Dondella Harris
Co-Founder & Executive Program Director
Dondella Harris spent years working directly with elderly residents and co-owned a residential care home — where she witnessed firsthand how hard families struggle when they don't have the right guidance. She has also been a caregiver herself, managing the medical care of a family member through some of the most difficult moments a family can face.
Monica Love
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Monica Love co-owned the care home alongside Dondella and has been the operational backbone of PowerHouse from day one. Monica manages the systems, strategy, and day-to-day operations that allow PowerHouse to show up consistently for every family we serve.

Available as separate fee-based services:
Move coordination and packing support
Downsizing and sorting assistance
Move-out cleaning and home preparation
Junk removal and donation coordination
Placement services are always free to families.
Logistics and transition support services are quoted separately and always disclosed upfront.
