Dondella Harris

Dondella Harris, our co-founder and Executive Program Director, spent years working directly with elderly residents and co-owned a residential care home — where she witnessed firsthand how hard families struggle when they don't have the right guidance. She has also been a caregiver herself, managing the medical care of a family member through some of the most difficult moments a family can face.

Monica Love

Monica Love, our co-founder and Operations Director, co-owned the care home alongside Dondella and has been the operational backbone of PowerHouse from day one. Monica manages the systems, strategy, and day-to-day operations that allow PowerHouse to show up consistently for every family we serve.
